Healthy Workplace Ecosystem: Impacting Health in a Built Environment / Sim Beng Khoon
  • The Healthy Workplace Ecosystem capitalises on the shared facilitates and amenities managed by developers to create a supportive environment that makes healthy living accessible for all workers in the vicinity.
  • Food outlets within the ecosystem started to provide healthier meal options and regular activities including exercise sessions and lunchtime health and safety education were organized at shared spaces.
  • Since its launch in 2014, more than 30 clusters (over 178,000 workers) are on board the Healthy workplace ecosystem and 3 in 5 participants have reported increasing their active time and exercising 150mins or more per week. 40% of participants have also reporting consuming more healthier meals.
